Order Process
1. Send us your brief
We manufacture a wide range of awards and trophies. Whatever your requirement, be it a bespoke sculptured award or trophy or one of our simple solutions, the common thread is your brief. Tell us exactly what you are looking for: the type of award, the quantity you require, the date of the event and your budget. From your brief we will produce a quote and high quality artwork free of charge for your perusal and approval. We use the latest design software to produce stunning 2D and 3D visuals to give you an accurate image of what your award will look like.
2. Fine tune the design
After selecting your preferred artwork our design team will fine tune the design to your exact requirements creating a truly bespoke award. Once you are happy with the concept our designers will send over an engraving file for your approval.
3. Prototypes and Manufacture
On approval, we will proceed with the manufacture of your high quality award or trophy. The only exception to this is for bespoke sculptured awards. Our foundry will carve a full-scale plaster mould, enabling you to see your award or trophy in three dimensions prior to final sign-off.
4. Delivery
For sculptured awards and trophies, we ideally aim for a five or six week lead time, from initial contact with you through to delivery. For any other type of award or trophy, this is shortened to four or five weeks. However, these are only guidelines. If you approach us with a tight deadline, we will do our upmost to meet your requirements.
Due to the bespoke nature of so many of our awards or trophies, there are variations in the size and shape of designs that we produce. We therefore do not provide gift boxes as standard. However, should you specifically require a presentation case we can offer a range of solutions: from recycled cardboard to beautifully crafted walnut presentation boxes.
